We have many talented and engaging performers coming along to Tales Around the Fire, here is a bit of information on just a few of them.

Tim Kingham

Tim Kingham is a singer, song-writer, poet and story teller with a passion for the folk music of Europe and the Middle East. His work as an English teacher abroad enables him to draw on a variety of cultures at first hand, and he offers a mix of the traditional canon and his own creative work in a spirit of dedication to the bards of old.   

Tom Goodale 

Tom Goodale is freelance storyteller with a large repertoire of stories from around the world.  He tells everything from Greek and Celtic myths to Grimms fairy tales, and his stories run the gamut from short fables to epics such as Beowulf or Gawain and the Green Knight.
As well as traditional tales he sometimes creates stories on the fly using suggestions from the audience.  He tells anywhere where people
want to be entertained or informed, e.g. schools, village halls, clubs, weddings, dinners... and can often be found at folk clubs and acoustic evenings around the area.
